Make sure to enter all aspects of the training in the Outline section. To included loading and unloading of trailers, equipment, and anything that could result in injury. If it is not listed it will not be covered by DSW should an injury result. Here is an example from a Mounted submission:

Team members will safely hook trailers up, load horses, and equipment and travel safely along rural and state highways to the destination of Fresh Pond and Cody Meadows Trailhead. Team members will safely unload horses and equip them with search gear safely and securely for a ride into mountainous terrain. Riders will safely navigate to the trail using map and GPS skills to Cody Meadows. Along the route, members will be asked to orient themselves to true north, and determine their location in relation to landmark features. Members will be asked to record locations and tracks via GPS and possibly determine location via triangulation. Riders will then return to trailers, unsaddle, load horses and return to their origins in a safe manner along rural and highway roads.
